Question 4

My order is expired, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

If your flight, hotel, activity, or car rental booking shows a status of expired after you made a payment, please do not attempt to rebook. Due to fluctuating product rates and real-time currency or cryptocurrency exchange shifts, we limit the initial reservation window to 10 minutes. Some payment methods, particularly cryptocurrency transactions, can experience blockchain network delays, exceeding our reservation window. Once the payment is detected, our system will automatically attempt to make the reservation again.
